I’m currently a visiting researcher at IAMECON where I’m studying the future cost of producing plant-based meat through expert elicitations and formal modeling. Before IAMECON, I worked in venture capital and helped make investments in the global alternative protein industry. Earlier in my career, I spent some time being a decision science researcher and understanding online learning behaviour at the world’s largest eyewear company, EssilorLuxottica.
